1.     If for any reason you are unhappy with the product a full refund will be given excluding the cost of postage.

2.     Please contact us prior to leaving feedback if there are any problems so that they may be dealt with in a cordial manner.

3.     If you are bidding from outside the UK please contact us beforehand to clarify the cost of postage and packaging.

4.     Anyone paying by cheque please note, items will not be dispatched until cheque has cleared. This may take 5-7 working days.

5.  If you have a special order request(Regarding change of colour,size, address or anything else) email us directly at sales@therughouse.co.uk or through eBay and ensure you receive request confirmation. Requests sent through Paypal will not be processed.

Postage Information

1.     All items are dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment. Rugs are dispatched with Parcelforce48 and normally arrive within 2 working days. A tracking number can be provided upon request. All deliveries with Parcelforce require a signature.

2.     Items going to the following postcodes will be sent via Royal Mail Standard Parcels and normally arrive within 3-5 working days:

HS1, 2-9, All IV Postcodes, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-77, PH17-50

3.  We reserve the right to use Royal Mail Standard Parcels for other remote areas that may not be listed here.
