TUFF-COAT are a leading brand with in the industrial coating industry each of our products are made from scratch on site we are unlike some of the other company on this site who offer old stock,out of date paint or even discontinued paint all the TUFF-COAT range is made from the best resins that are avaliable to buy from around the world the product you buy is formulated for the job it is ment to do.We will not send you paint that is made up of 1000's of different cans of paint all thrown in to one pot mixed up and filled out this is not a thing TUFF-COATwould want in there products.if you do decide to buy one of these mix's of different paints please be aware that over time the additives that help the paint to go hard and dry do evaporate ither slowing or even stoping the drying of the product and please also be aware of very high levels of v.o.c content in the mix's of paint that may be the reason for the paint being discontinued from its manufacture the levels were lowered late'ly putting a very high level of discontinued paint product on the market.The levels are now set very low for safety of the user all TUFF-COAT products comply the laws for now,But very soon they will comply with the new 2010 (EUROPEAN) law for even lower v.o.c content.

TUFF-COAT floor paint is avaliable in:

LIGHT, MID,DARK GREY.RED.BLUE.GREEN it is a white spirit polyurethane based paint that has a semi gloss finish.(B.S and R,A,L colour match's can be supplied there is a charge for this service)

COVERAGE: 10/12 metres squ depending of the condition of the floor (if the floor has never been painted please seal with a mix of 50%TUFF-COAT floor paint and white spirt)this will give the coating a base to key to and also give the coating the life expectance that it is formulated for.

DRY TIME:6/8 hours (depending on preparation of surface the coating will not dry if it has been applied over a oil patch all contamination must be cleaned and allowed to dry befor a coating is applied,extra time must be allowed if the temp is below 10'c and also if the coating is allowed to build up in pot holes and diverts on floors)re-coatable after 12 hours.

EXTRA INFORMATION:If you would like a part of the floor being coated to be anti-slip apply the first coat of TUFF-COAT floor paint and when it is still wet sprinkle silver sand over the area you would like anti-slip alow the coating to dry then apply a second coating to lock the sand into place ;- )
